Enable the keyboard + Full Access
iOS requires Full Access so a keyboard extension can hand recording to the app and return your text. Typing still works without it; voice input needs it.

Frequently asked questions
Does a voice dictation keyboard work in WhatsApp and Slack?
Yes. If the app uses the iOS keyboard, Voicetation can dictate into it.
Why does Voicetation open briefly the first time I dictate?
iOS does not let keyboard extensions use the microphone directly. The app starts the session, then returns you — after that, Floating Window or Voice Standby keeps dictation available.
Is there a subscription?
No. Voicetation is a free download with no account and no subscription prompt.
