Add the keyboard in Settings and allow Full Access for voice.

Frequently asked questions
Does continuous dictation work offline?
Dictation uses a secure cloud service for the best accuracy. On newer iOS versions an on-device fallback can help when you have no connection — typing always works on-device.
Will it stop if I switch apps?
Use Floating Window or Voice Standby so the session stays alive without bouncing you back to the Voicetation app for every take.
